Harris and Biden in Maryland: First joint event since Biden dropped out of race

US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have held their first joint event since Biden left the presidential race.
Though it was a White House policy event about lowering drug prices for seniors it felt very much like a campaign rally.
