US elections 2024: Black voter turnout drive in Michigan highlights push for equality and change
In the swing state of Michigan black American voters make up about 13 percent of the electorate, and in 2020, 92 percent supported Joe Biden. But so far in 2024, Harris seems to be running way behind that benchmark.
