Ex-Trump attorney reacts to jury asking to hear testimony again
The jury in Donald Trump’s criminal hush money trial has been dismissed for the day. The panel of 12 New Yorkers will continue to deliberate on a verdict Thursday. The jurors sent two notes today: one requesting to re-hear the judge’s jury instructions and one asking to be read back testimony from witnesses Michael Cohen and David Pecker. Former chief assistant district attorney Karen Friedman Agnifilo, former principal deputy assistant attorney general Tom Dupree, former Trump attorney Tim Parlatore and CNN’s Jamie Gangel and Kaitlan Collins join Jake Tapper to discuss.
