Worldcoin in Argentina: Users scan their eyes in return for cryptocurrency
More than half a million Argentinians have had their eyes scanned in return for cryptocurrency.
It’s part of an online biometrics project known as Worldcoin.
The company says the project protects human identity.
But some countries have restricted the use of the technology due to privacy concerns.
