Al Jazeera cameraman killed: Samer Abu Daqqa hit in Israeli strike on Khan Younis

At the time the missile hit, Samer and Al Jazeera’s Gaza Bureau Chief Wael Dahdouh had been reporting on an attack by Israeli forces at an UN-run school in Khan Younis. Continuous heavy shelling by Israeli forces prevented paramedics from reaching Samer. He was later found dead, after bleeding for hours. Wael managed to reach hospital
he’s being treated for shrapnel injures to his arm and waist.
