‘All signs are for’ regional escalation as Lebanon-Israel fighting flares: Analysist
Lorenzo Kamel, a professor at the University of Turin, joins Al Jazeera’s live and says that the recent surge in cross-border attacks heightens the risk of regional escalation. He noted that the use of white phosphorus by Israel in southern Lebanon, flagged by Human Rights Watch as a violation of international law, exacerbates the situation and poses significant harm to civilians.
