Australia gives workers right to ignore bosses’ after-hours calls, emails
Employees in Australia now have the right to ignore work-related calls and emails after office hours.
It follows the introduction of a so-called “right-to-disconnect” law.
Supporters say it aims to restore the work-life balance.
But some employers say the law has been rushed-in and is confusing.
