President Biden gave an update Monday on his cancer "moonshot" efforts after reigniting the initiative earlier this year. “The goal is to cut cancer death rates by at least 50% in the next 25 years,” Mr. Biden said. “To turn more cancers from death sentences to chronic dise ases that people can live with.” Mr. Biden said cancer was often a disease “we diagnose too late and have too few ways to prevent it in the first place.”
