Easy Corn Casserole

✅Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder

Wet Ingredients:
14 oz canned creamed corn
14 oz canned corn kernels drained
3/4 cup sour cream
8 tablespoons salted butter melted
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 jalapeño deseeded and chopped finely
Pinch salt and pepper

✅Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 325F. Grease a 9×9 baking dish.

2️⃣ Mix flour, corn meal, sugar and baking powder together.

3️⃣ Stir in the drained can of corn, can of creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, eggs and the finely chopped jalapenos. Give it just a pinch of salt and pepper.

4️⃣ Mix all the ingredients in a bowl till well combined.

5️⃣ Pour the batter into the casserole dish and bake for 50-55 minutes or until the center is set and does not jiggle.

6️⃣ Serve warm.
