Ethnic violence: Polling stations vandalised in Manipur
Ethnic violence in India’s northeastern state of Manipur is interrupting voting.
But as a result – just days into the six-week process, some polling stations are having to rerun the first round of voting.
The Indian government has failed to give visas to Al Jazeera’s correspondents to cover this story – therefore, we are covering the election from outside the country.
