A helicopter carrying Ukraine’s interior minister and other senior officials has crashed outside Kyiv in the town of Brovary. The governor of Kyiv has confirmed the helicopter crashed near a residential building and nursery. At least 16 people have died, including Ukraine’s Denys Monastyrskiy and at least two children.
