Garland identifies police mistakes during school shooting

The US Department of Justice released a scathing report about the police response to the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, that left 19 children and two teachers dead. Attorney General Merrick Garland said the police should have immediately entered the classroom and neutralized the gunman. It took police 77 minutes to stop the shooter.
