Hamas seeks prisoner-captive exchange, withdrawal of Israeli forces in ceasefire draft: Report
Reuters news agency has obtained a draft document that says Hamas has proposed a three-stage ceasefire plan in response to Qatari and Egyptian mediators.
It involves the exchange of Israeli captives captured by Hamas on Oct. 7 for Palestinian prisoners, secure the reconstruction of Gaza, and ensure the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces.
