In the occupied West Bank, families are left in anguish as they search for their missing loved ones, lost amidst the ongoing conflict. Many relatives have received conflicting reports about the fate of their family members, with some being told that their loved ones are dead, only to find out they are injured—or vice versa. This mix-up of names and identities has created further confusion and distress. Some families believe this chaos is deliberately orchestrated as a form of collective punishment by Israeli forces.
