Kenyan president Ruto says finance bill to be withdrawn after deadly protests

Kenya’s President says he will not sign a controversial bill that’s led to major protests.
At least 23 people were killed on Tuesday, after MPs passed the legislation that would have raised taxes on essential items.
In a televised address to the nation, William Ruto has promised to open dialogue with young people.
