Sony interactive entertainment is facing a massive legal battle worth up to $7.9 billion over allegations of abusing its dominant position and imposing unfair prices on customers. The London Tribunal ruled in favor of the lawsuit, filed on behalf of nearly 9 million UK consumers who purchased digital games or add-on content through Sony’s playstation store.
