The all-white décor of actress and Goop CEO Gwyneth Paltrow’s former Tribeca home has been described both as “ethereal” and “asylum-like.” If you like white, you’ll love it. The 4,000-square-foot apartment cost $10 million, mostly because it was a huge apartment right in the center of New York City.

The loft underwent quite a few price chops, as Paltrow first put it on the market for $14.25 million. It’s not like she’s taking a loss though. The Iron Man star and her ex-husband, Chris Martin, bought the loft for $5.1 million back in 2007. After the two split—“consciously uncoupled,” as Paltrow called it—the home went on the market.

28. Bobby Berk

Net Worth: $6 million*

We wouldn’t expect anything less than perfection from the star of Queer Eye, Bobby Berk. Berk designed a black-and-white dream apartment in 2020, and it was as stylish as you would imagine. He redesigned his own L.A. loft, a one-bedroom, into a light-filled, stylish place. The apartment is located in a historic building in downtown Los Angeles.

The building used to be the office for the Pacific Electric Company, and that means that, even though it is a one-bedroom apartment, it’s huge. Berk created an “organic, graphic, [and] sophisticated” look for the abode with the help of AllModern, a furniture e-tailer.
