Nations convene in Kenya to hammer out treaty on plastic pollution

Negotiations on a global treaty to combat plastic pollution have opened in the Kenyan capital. Last year, 175 countries agreed to write a UN treaty to reduce growing plastic pollution. But there are disagreements over how to achieve that goal.
