Occupied West Bank water shortages: Village depends on small spring for survival
Palestinians in the occupied West Bank are also struggling with chronic water shortages.
Israel controls all water resources in the territory – and has reduced the Palestinian share by a third – further worsening the crisis.
Illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank, however, have unfettered access to water, and consume six times the volume available to Palestinians.
