Putin responds to Moscow terror attack

Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences for an attack at a concert venue near Moscow on March 22, calling it a "barbaric terrorist act". In the video message, he said a "window" had been prepared for the perpetrators to escape to Ukraine. Several Ukrainian agencies have denied any connection with the attack.
