For a while, fans loved Adam Sandler. Now, they seem to hate his acting. For a while his movies were considered top-tier humor, but as culture and humor changes, so does the public’s views on his acting. Critics, though, have never really enjoyed it. They’ve always sensed that the Adam Sandler obsession was fleeting and that his movies had little value to the film world. The comedies often relied on slapstick humor and crude comments which couldn’t stand the test of time.
