Record flooding submerges entire cities in southern Brazil, leaving thousands displaced
Volunteers from across Brazil are helping to bring tens of thousands of people to safety following storms and flooding in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul.
At least 85 people have been killed.
And water levels in Porto Alegre, one of the country’s main cities, are still rising.
