Russia presidential election: ‘Flaws’ allegedly found in candidates bid
In Russia, two presidential candidates are set to appear before the Election Commission on Monday, to find out if they will be allowed to run against President Vladimir Putin.
One of them, Boris Nadezhdin, is a critic of Putin and the war in Ukraine.
Recently, election officials said they would investigate irregularities in his election-bid paperwork.
Critics say the move is a way to keep anyone from challenging Putin in the March election.
