Russia strikes Poltava city: At least 47 people killed and 206 injured
Ukraine says 47 people have been killed and 206 others injured in a Russian missile strike on the central city of Poltava.
Russian forces hit the city with two ballistic missiles.
The Ukrainian Training Center of Communications has been partially destroyed.
Rescue workers are digging through the rubble looking for survivors.
