Russia-Ukraine War: NATO Issues Stark Winter Warning After Kyiv Faces Hypersonic Missile Attack
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on Tuesday, Ukraine is going to have its worst winter since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022. Alexander Stubb, the president of Finland & Rutte, who took over as head of NATO earlier this month, were speaking at a joint news conference in Brussels. It comes after Russian president Vladimir Putin’s forces yesterday launched a hypersonic missile barrage at Kyiv, hours after a Ukrainian strike started a fire at Moscow’s largest oil depot in occupied Crimea.
