Russian FM Lavrov begins West Africa tour to strengthen ties
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Guinea, in West Africa, as he starts a three-country tour of West Africa.
He’s visited the continent several times in the past two years, as Moscow looks to increase its influence there.
