South Korea suspends key military deal with Pyongyang amid balloon spat
South Korea has suspended the inter-Korean military agreement with North Korea amid heightened tensions on the peninsula.
Relations worsened after Pyongyang released hundreds of balloons into South Korea filled with garbage, saying it was in response to propaganda balloons released from its southern neighbour.
