Survivor of Israeli raid speaks out: Mujahid Abadi says soldiers beat him despite injuries
Al Jazeera has spoken to an injured Palestinian man who was used as a human shield by Israeli forces in Jenin, in the occupied West Bank.
Mujahid Abbadi was strapped to the front of an Israeli military vehicle on Saturday which drove past several ambulances.
For the first time, Abbadi explains what happened to him.
Al Jazeera’s Nida Ibrahim has more from Ramallah in the Occupied West Bank.
The Israeli Military has said it would be conducting an investigation into the incident and said the conduct of its soldiers "does not conform" to its values.
But Sari Bashi, who’s the Program Director at Human Rights Watch, says it is doubtful their investigation will lead to any kind of accountability.
