Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 shot Espresso (or ⅓ cup strong brewed coffee)
1 tablespoon Tahini (smooth, unsweetened)
½–1 tablespoon Maple syrup, or honey (to taste)
A pinch of Sea salt (optional)
¾ cup (180 ml) Milk of choice
A pinch of Cinnamon (optional, enhances flavor)
Ice

Directions:
1. Brew your espresso and let it cool slightly.
2. In a glass, add tahini, sweetener, salt, cinnamon, and the cooled coffee. Mix well using a milk frother, or shake/blend until smooth using a shaker or blender.
3. Add ice, then pour in the cold milk.
4. Stir gently and enjoy!
