UN says 38 dead, including children, as migrant boat sinks off Djibouti

At least 38 migrants have died after their boat capsized off the coast of Djibouti.
The horn of Africa nation is a main transit for people mainly from Ethiopia and Somalia, trying to reach Gulf nations through Yemen.
