UNRWA chief: More children have been reported killed in Gaza than four years of war worldwide
The Commissionner General of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, Philippe Lazzarini, has re-marked on the high number of children killed in Israel’s war on Gaza, calling the situation staggering. He says the number of children reported killed in just over 4 months in Gaza is higher than the number of children killed in four years of war around the world combined. He goes on to call this a war on children and says the war is on their childhood and their future.
