US-China relations: Biden and Xi agree to restore military communication
US President Joe Biden has met China’s President Xi Jin Ping on the fringes of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Conference in San Francisco.
The long-awaited meeting was described by the White House as “candid and constructive,” and comes as the relationship between China and the US is at its lowest point in decades.
