US-Japan-Philippines summit: Tensions with China expected to dominate talks
On Thursday, Biden and Kishida will be joined in Washington by Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Junior.
Both the Americans and Japanese support the Philippines in its territorial dispute with Beijing in the South China Sea.
