📌 Ingredients For Yogurt Pancakes
• All-purpose flour – 125g (1 cup)
• Granulated sugar – 25g (2 Tbsps)
• Salt – 1/4 tsp
• Baking powder 1 tbsp (12 g)
• Baking soda 1/4 tsp
• Plain Greek yogurt 160g (2/3 cup)
• Egg – 50g (1 egg)
• Oil – 20 g (1.5 Tbsps) * I used olive oil.
• Whole milk – 120g (1/2 cup)
NOTE: For best results, measure ingredients with a scale. All recipes are designed with weighed ingredients using grams/ounces. Cup measurements (US customary units) are provided for your convenience.
