War on Gaza: Attacks on Jabalia refugee camp intensify
In the last 12 hours, the Israeli military has escalated attacks on the Jabalia refugee camp, an area subjected to repeated targeting throughout the war. Massive air strikes and continuous artillery shelling characterize the intensified assault, involving coordinated attacks by air, land, and sea in the densely populated region. Thousands remain stranded in Jabalia, unable to evacuate. Residential structures and public facilities have been entirely flattened. The current challenge lies in impaired communication, hindering the gathering of precise casualty figures, as several hospitals are non-operational.
