Young Rohingya men trapped between war and conscription in Myanmar’s Rakhine
The conflict in Myanmar’s Rakhine State between the Buddhist Arakan Army seeking autonomy and the military junta is moving closer to the Bangladeshi border.
Tens of thousands of ethnic Rohingya Muslims are caught in the middle, pressured by both parties to choose a side, leading some to resist.
The conflict has also reached Bangladesh’s Saint Martin’s Island.
