The property has been through a lot, and it was allegedly so infested with vermin at one point that the condo board had to sue Glass for the damage. The home seems de-grossed now, as it appears, from photos, to be in pristine condition. For its renovation, it got new floors, bathrooms, appliances, and a dressing room.

The loft measures 3,018 square feet, and it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a 1,700-square-foot roof deck. Other interior highlights include built-in shelves, thirteen-foot-high ceilings, plank oak floors, and a fireplace in the great room. The Jean Nouvel has been plagued with a lot of problems, so it is somewhat surprising that Grammer was able to find a buyer as quickly as he did. Wind problems, shoddy construction, and developer-architect bickering are all issues that have plagued the Nouvel over the years.

68. Alan Cumming

The apartment includes a formal living room and a formal dining room, as well as four bedrooms and one bathroom.

The 1,500-square-foot space has interior highlights like wide-plank hardwood flooring and architectural moldings, both of which are reminders of the residence’s history. The triple exposures allow you to see a pretty rare view of New York: leafy treetops, which are located in Tompkins Square Park.

69. Chloe Sevigny

Net Worth: $45 million*
Purchased For: $5.5 million*
Sq. Footage: 3,200-Square-Feet

Jessica Chastain bought a four-bedroom co-op in Midtown in 2015. The purchase added a notch to the belt of the co-op, as the 3,200-square-foot duplex once had another celebrity resident: composer Leonard Bernstein. Bernstein moved out in the 1970s, and there was a string of owners before the Zero Dark Thirty star bought it.

Chastain listed her former NoHo apartment a month before she bought the Midtown apartment, which was featured Architectural Digest. As you can see, the actress is a big fan of opulent interiors, plush pigments, and ornate fabrics. Chastain’s former school, Juilliard, is just a short walk away from her $5.5 million co-op.

71. Susan Sarandon

Net Worth: $60 million*
Purchased For: $3.2 million*
Sq. Footage: 6,000-Square-Feet

Sarandon paid $3.2 million to own the apartment, even when she and Robbins parted ways. After thirty years of ownership, the Thelma & Louise star decided she was ready for a change. The Chelsea loft is uniquely-designed, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The main feature is the huge living space, which Robbins and Sarandon would use for their kids’ theater performances.
